Rosh Hashanah

Today is the Jewish holiday of Rosh Hashanah. I'm not Jewish. Just had to look up what the holiday was about. Neighbors behind us are Jewish and they're having some sort of gathering. Rosh Hashanah is the 'first of the year' commonly known as the Jewish New Year. It is a time to begin introspection, looking back at the mistakes of the past year and planning the changes to make in the new year. I went outside in the backyard for some fresh air. It's a strange night. Overcast, almost foggy, warm, bright. I've been in a mood today and it helped. Better than zoning out to BSG, though it's definitely entertaining. :)
