Key Lime

The house smells so yummy.  Graham cracker crust is cooling.  Limes have been juiced.  Trying out an Icebox Key Lime Pie, recipe from Cook's Country.  Won't be able to try it out until tomorrow, hope it's worth the wait.  :)

It was delicious. Sweet, but not too sour.

Can't share a piece this time, but I can share the recipe. It doesn't require any baking (other than the crust if you make your own).
